The ONE BUSINESS BAY mixed-use project, includes both hotel Apartments and residential units are located in the business bay district that hosts world class and international companies. Considering the high-tech image of the district and the sophistication of the surrounding nature, we wanted to balance technological innovation with the creative element, while maintaining the Masterplan’s futuristic Concept.
